Rex Darius is a band founded by Aldous Fiore who is a composer, multi-instrumentalist and actual member of the band Corvus Corax.
Rex Darius explores diferent styles of music from ancient Europe and middle-east, bringing these two worlds together with the sounds of bagpipes, strings, flutes and vocals, creating an immersive atmosphere.
The repertoir has a big variety as medieval classical songs, some renaissance songs adapted in a medieval way for vocals, strings, flutes and bagpipes,this band have also their own compositions and some songs from balkans, middle east, and Keltic music.
With their caracteristical style they’ll bring the people to dance and make them feel the energy from both sides of the world, eastern and occidental music traditions in a very peculiar way.
